How can I be kind? How can I show grace?
Jen Lester
As we approach the holiday season, we tend to lose sight of the magic, the joy, and the intention. Instead, we focus on the rush, the cramming it all in, the "finding the right gift", and the obligations.
With the state of the country this year, I felt compelled to write this blog to share the joy that we plan to provide economically disadvantaged children this year. Our intention is not to be just another corporate sponsor, but a true believer in bringing back the magic for not just the children, but the families as well.
Here at Springer, this intention is what we pride ourselves in with our everyday interactions with each client. We do not focus on getting as many sales as we can. We take the time to educate, support, and advise on each client's individual need. With that said, we can feel good about our clients having the best possible coverage or at least being aware of what is available to them. If there should ever be a claim, we know that we did our best to protect our clients and will be there to guide them through the process. This is not Christmas magic; this is having a good agent all year long.
We encourage you this season to pause. Look at the hustling people buzzing around you. Look at the faces of the children and ask yourself, "what are their current circumstances?" How can I be kind? How can I show grace? What part can I play in bringing a child joy this holiday?"
One way to show kindness and bring joy is to support our charity of giving through the Toys for Tots program.
The Toys for Tots program is presented by The Marine Corps Reserve which has been ranked as one of the top-rated charities by “Philanthropy 400” since 2001.
The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas and their goal is to send joy and a message of hope to America’s economically disadvantaged children.

We will be collecting new and unwrapped toys now until December 5, 2025.You can drop them off at one of these two locations between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday-Friday.
