Karissa, a South Hill native and Park View High School graduate, previously worked in retail/restaurant management for 15 years. She comes to Springer Insurance looking for a career change where she can better use her customer service skills working directly with clients.
Karissa is a boy mom to four, she enjoys watching her boys play basketball, baseball, and football. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years, going to yard sales and crafting. She is excited to bring her customer service expertise to Springer Insurance and looks forward to servicing our clients.
