Josh was born in Longview, TX but grew up in Colorado where he met his wife, Rachel and had two kids Makenzie and Tucker. Josh and Rachel have always wanted to move to Texas, so in 2022 they made it a reality, and moved to College Station! Josh's career was in the Tree Care and Landscaping industry for 20 years although he's always had a desire to join the family business. Given the opportunity to help expand Springer Insurance to Texas, Josh gladly made a career change and became a part of the team in 2023.
