Priscilla is a native of South Hill and graduate from Southside Virginia Community College. After spending several years as a correctional officer and then a loan officer she decided to plant her roots in insurance and specializes in Property and Casualty.
She is the mother of all boys and spends her free time at the local Motorsports tracks. Priscilla prides herself on the customer service she has provided to the South Hill community, and she is excited to bring her energy and knowledge to The Springer Agency!

Ms. Thomas is my agent and I'm so glad we met! She's attentive to my needs. Even recommended I bundle all my insurances to get as much discount as I could. Unfortunately the quotes were higher due to my claim history but she didn't give up. When I call she answers and if she's assisting someone she always call back. It seems she works alone in the south hill office so I do recommend getting another agent in with her.. I've recommended everyone I know in the area to at least get a quote with her to see if they can save some money too.!! Keep up the great work!
