Her previous role as Director of Regulatory Compliance at a large regional bank gives her a unique background perfectly suited to the insurance industry. Shannon grew up in Dinwiddie county and gets back to her roots by running the Agribusiness division with a focus on farms and Commercial Agribusiness clients such as wineries and breweries.
