I have been with the Springer Agency for over 10 years! I have always just picked up the phone and called my agent with any needs, and I am always impressed with the service and knowledge. At first it was just renters insurance, but now it's home owners, business, vehicles, umbrella policies, and more. I would and have recommended Nick, my agent, to anyone who needs insurance or information or questions regarding insurance. Service and availability are paramount to me and I offer my highest compliments to Nick and the Springer Agency.

Ms. Thomas is my agent and I'm so glad we met! She's attentive to my needs. Even recommended I bundle all my insurances to get as much discount as I could. Unfortunately the quotes were higher due to my claim history but she didn't give up. When I call she answers and if she's assisting someone she always call back. It seems she works alone in the south hill office so I do recommend getting another agent in with her.. I've recommended everyone I know in the area to at least get a quote with her to see if they can save some money too.!! Keep up the great work!

Over the years we have found ourselves in need of the services of Nationwide. Every time they have surprised us with how helpful they were and how quickly they responded. Last week was exceptional though. We drove to New York and a repair previously paid for was not done correctly and we got stuck in the worst part of town. They were in constant contact the services with us making sure that they had the correct paperwork so that once the repairs were complete and we were back home they had everything they needed. Monday morning early they filed the claim so that we could get reimbursed as quickly as possible. They obviously had been in contact with the people who did the first repair because we got a nasty call from them. I have never spoken to anyone there who wasn’t all about helping. Every phone call has been a pleasant, satisfactory experience. That was not the case with previous insurers- not even close. No matter what the question or problem they were on it. They advertise “Nationwide in on your side” and I am here to tell you – this is TRUTH in advertising. To everyone who works there, THANK YOU for all your help over the years.

Peggy and Leslie are amazing in the Keysville office!. These ladies are a joy to work with. Their enthusiasm and compassion are evident! They will answer all your questions and advise you with your best interest at heart! Their diligent work shows as the timely manner that questions are answered and changes are made requarding your policies with them! I definitely recommend them to anyone with insurance needs!

They have the best customer service!! Any time I need a quote, update or paper work they are quick to get me what I need! They even recently enrolled me in smart miles helping me save even more money!! Mary is the best!

Call her even if you think you have a better price because you may not be insured properly. She will review your current quote and honestly let you know if it’s a good policy or not.
